Job summary

Advance Services, Inc. is seeking a Restoration Project Manager to oversee reconstruction projects in the Omaha/Lincoln, Nebraska area. You will coordinate field teams, schedule trades, and ensure projects stay on budget and on schedule.

The role requires experience in restoration, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead a team. You will build relationships with customers, ensure compliance, and help meet sales and gross margin goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration/reconstruction industry.
• Construction project management experience, specifically with commercial and residential losses is preferred.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Confirm the budget and work orders before the start of the project.
• Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Meet operational objectives of: Sales, Gross Margin, Brand Experience.
• Build relationships with key customers.
