Job summary

Nu-Gen Cleaning & Restoration is seeking a Restoration Project Manager to lead water, fire, mold, and hazardous cleaning projects from the first inspection to final sign-off. You will assess damage, build estimates, sell the job on-site, and then manage it through completion.

You will be the main point of contact for property owners, insurers, adjusters, crews, and subcontractors. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys being in front of customers, can explain a scope of work clearly, and

Qualifications

• 2+ years in restoration PM or estimating
• Xactimate experience; IICRC certifications preferred
• Knowledge of insurance claims process
• Proven ability to close sales and manage multiple projects
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to meet physical demands of job sites
• Availability for after-hours, weekend, and holiday emergency response
• Willingness to travel locally and out of state

Responsibilities

• Inspect and document water, fire, mold, and hazardous material damage
• Prepare itemized estimates and present them to clients and adjusters
• Close jobs on-site and pursue new leads
• Schedule crews, subcontractors, and suppliers, and keep all parties updated
• Make sure work meets quality, safety, and permit requirements
• Track job costs and maintain complete job files and change orders
• Drive collections on completed jobs
• Respond to after-hours emergencies and keep vehicle and equipment in order

Job Summary

Nu-Gen Cleaning & Restoration is seeking a Restoration Project Manager to lead water, fire, mold, and hazardous cleaning projects from the first inspection to final sign-off. You will assess damage, build estimates, sell the job on-site, and then manage it through completion. You will be the main point of contact for property owners, insurance companies, adjusters, crews, and subcontractors. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys being in front of customers, can explain a scope of work clearly, and takes ownership of both the quality and the profitability of every project. The base salary plus commission means your earnings grow with the work you sell and collect.
