Job summary

SERVPRO of Vacaville / Dixon is seeking a Restoration Project Manager to lead projects from initiation to completion. You will supervise restoration crews, coordinate resources, and serve as the main contact for customers and partners.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading teams, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service during challenging situations. A strong background in restoration and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of restoration or related industry experience.
• At least 1 year of management or supervisory experience.
• IICRC certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead restoration projects from start to finish with timely, high-quality results.
• Develop scopes of work and prepare estimates using industry software.
• Communicate and negotiate scope with customers and clients.
• Schedule and oversee crews, subcontractors, and resources on active jobs.
• Maintain clear communication with customers, team members, vendors, and insurance reps.
• Review documents to ensure billing accuracy and client requirements.
• Manage production expenses including equipment, vehicles, and materials.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and manage the client experience.
• Respond quickly to new service opportunities and incoming leads.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training restoration team members.

What You'll Do

• Manage restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and high-quality results


• Develop accurate scopes of work and prepare estimates using industry software

• Schedule, coordinate, and oversee crews, subcontractors, and resources on active jobs

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred


• Minimum 3 years of restoration or related industry experience


• At least 1 year of management or supervisory experience


• IICRC certification preferred


• Valid driver's license

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs with assistance


• Comfortable climbing ladders and working at ceiling heights


• Ability to work in tight spaces such as attics and crawl spaces


• Ability to push, pull, and carry equipment and materialsComfortable working with cleaning agents and restoration equipment
