Job summary

PuroClean, a leader in emergency property restoration services, seeks a Production Manager to lead production crews and coordinate job assignments. You will supervise scheduling, manage on-site operations, and keep the General/Operations Manager informed about progress and costs.

You will ensure safety, maintain job files, and deliver world-class service during times of need, balancing efficiency with quality.

Qualifications

• Experience with equipment, asset and financial management is required.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines on-site and while traveling.
• Aptitude for documenting progress and communicating with insurance adjusters.
• Ability to identify growth opportunities for the business.
• Strong team-building and client/subcontractor relation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage production processes and supervise production crews.
• Coordinate jobs and assign tasks, updating GM/Owner on progress and costs.
• Oversee scheduling and on-site requirements, ensuring timely job completion.
• Maintain job files and ensure documentation is completed promptly.
• Monitor production costs and keep them within established rates.
• Promote high-quality service to meet customer expectations during times of need.
• Ensure site safety and maintain clean, organized work areas.

Job Position Description

With a 'One Team' mentality, manage production crews and job assignments as assigned while following PuroClean® production guidelines. Assign and coordinate jobs with the production crew, keeping the General/Operations Manager and Owner updated on all aspects of production. Supervise scheduling, coordination requirements for the job, completing job files and monitoring jobs from start to completion. Completing documentation in a timely manner and maintaining production costs at the established rate. Our Production Managers take pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in their times of need by providing a world class level of service which sets up apart from our competitors in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Managing Customer Satisfaction and representing the brand
• Effectively oversee all aspects of the production processes and customers' needs
• Identifying areas for improvement and managing technicians and subcontractors effectively
• Managing production, pricing schedules, estimate details & coordinating with GM/Owner
• Ensuring job sites have an orderly appearance and follow safety guidelines
• Communicating and managing customer concerns with GM/Owner effectivelyMaintaining cleanliness of products and equipment to the highest standard
• Ensure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor, supporting technicians, and subs

Qualifications

• Experience in equipment, asset and financial management
• Understanding of safety guidelines and ability to manage them on site and while traveling
• Aptitude with record keeping, documenting job progress, and communicating with insurance adjusters
• Ability to identify areas of opportunity to grow the business
• Strength in team building and establishing lasting relationships with clients and subcontractors

Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
