Job summary

PuroClean, a leader in emergency property restoration services, is seeking a Production Manager to lead and coordinate production crews and jobs from start to finish. You will supervise scheduling, coordination requirements for each job, and maintain accurate job files while keeping production costs on target.

You will ensure world-class service, timely documentation, and effective communication with the General/Operations Manager, Owner, and office staff to exceed customer expectations in times

Qualifications

• Experience in equipment, asset and financial management.
• Understanding of safety guidelines and ability to manage them on site and while traveling.
• Aptitude with record keeping, documenting job progress, and communicating with insurance adjusters.
• Ability to identify areas of opportunity to grow the business.
• Strength in team building and establishing lasting relationships with clients and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Managing Customer Satisfaction and representing the brand
• Effectively oversee all aspects of the production processes and customers’ needs
• Identifying areas for improvement and managing technicians and subcontractors effectively
• Managing production, pricing schedules, estimate details & coordinating with GM/Owner
• Ensuring job sites have an orderly appearance and follow safety guidelines
• Communicating and managing customer concerns with GM/Owner effectively
• Maintaining cleanliness of products and equipment to the highest standard
• Ensure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor, supporting technicians, and subs

Job Position Description

With a ‘One Team’ mentality, manage production crews and job assignments as assigned while following PuroClean® production guidelines. Assign and coordinate jobs with the production crew, keeping the General/Operations Manager and Owner updated on all aspects of production. Supervise scheduling, coordination requirements for the job, completing job files and monitoring jobs from start to completion. Completing documentation in a timely manner and maintaining production costs at the established rate.
