Job summary

PuroClean of Augusta is seeking a Production Manager to lead field crews, coordinate job assignments, and ensure work aligns with company production guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in equipment, asset and financial management.
• Understanding of safety guidelines and ability to manage them on site and while traveling.
• Aptitude with record keeping, documenting job progress, and communicating with insurance adjusters.
• Ability to identify areas of opportunity to grow the business.
• Strength in team building and establishing lasting relationships with clients and subcontractors.

• Managing Customer Satisfaction and representing the brand.
• Effectively oversee all aspects of the production processes and customers’ needs.
• Identifying areas for improvement and managing technicians and subcontractors effectively.
• Managing production, pricing schedules, estimate details & coordinating with GM/Owner.
• Ensuring job sites have an orderly appearance and follow safety guidelines.
• Communicating and managing customer concerns with GM/Owner effectively.
• Maintaining cleanliness of products and equipment to the highest standard.
• Ensure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor, supporting technicians, and subs.

Job Position Description

With a ‘One Team’ mentality, manage production crews and job assignments as assigned while following PuroClean® production guidelines. Assign and coordinate jobs with the production crew, keeping the General/Operations Manager and Owner updated on all aspects of production. Supervise scheduling, coordination requirements for the job, completing job files and monitoring jobs from start to completion. Completing documentation in a timely manner and maintaining production costs at the established rate. Our Production Managers take pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in their times of need by providing a world class level of service which sets us apart from our competitors in the industry.
