Job summary

PuroClean, a leader in emergency property restoration, seeks a Project Manager in Augusta, GA to lead production crews and coordinate job assignments. You will ensure safety, monitor costs, and maintain client satisfaction by delivering timely, world-class service during water, fire, mold, and other restorations.

As part of One Team, you will supervise 1–6 technicians, coordinate with departments, and uphold PuroClean production guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience with equipment deployment, PPE usage, and field operations.
• Ability to document jobs accurately in on-site software.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Safety guidelines knowledge and on-site enforcement are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage production crews and job assignments.
• Coordinate with Operations and Production Managers on progress and costs.
• Oversee mitigation processes and customer needs from start to finish.
• Maintain SLA requirements, materials, and supplies for each job.
• Ensure orderly job-sites and adherence to uniform and policy guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with back office and clients.

Job Position Description

With a ‘One Team’ mentality, manage production crews and job assignments as assigned while following PuroClean® production guidelines. Assign and coordinate jobs with the production crews, keeping the Operations Manager and Production Manager updated on all aspects of production. Supervise 1-6 field technicians allocated to assigned jobs, coordinate SLA requirements, materials, equipment, and supplies for each job, complete job files and monitoring of jobs from start to completion. Completing documentation in a timely manner and maintaining production costs at the established rate. Our Crew Chiefs take pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in their times of need by providing a world class level of service which sets us apart from our competitors in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Managing Customer Satisfaction and representing the brand
• Effectively oversee all aspects of the mitigation processes and customers’ needs
• Coordinate with Contents and Reconstruction departments to provide additional assistance where necessary
• Identifying areas for improvement and managing relationships with centers of influence
• Managing job progress, pricing schedules, estimate details & coordinating with Production Manager
• Leaving job-sites with an orderly appearance and follow uniform and policy guidelines
• Communicating and managing customer concerns with back office effectively
• Maintaining cleanliness of products and equipment to the highest standard
• Ensure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor and fellow technicians

Qualifications

• Experience in equipment deployment, proper chemical and PPE utilization, and labor management
• Ability to master IT and software requirements for job documentation in the field
• Strong Customer Service and communication skills
• IICRC, RIA, or comparable Certifications required
• Understanding of safety guidelines and ability to manage them on site
• Aptitude with record keeping, recording information and communicating ‘the message’
• Ability to identify areas of opportunity among teammates, coaching for growth
• Strength in team building and establishing lasting relationships with clients and teammates

Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
