SERVPRO of Beverly Hills is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead reconstruction projects from inspection to completion. You will work with homeowners, business owners, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

This role suits a construction professional who excels at managing multiple projects, building client relationships, and leading teams to success.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience managing multiple construction, reconstruction, restoration, or remodeling projects.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management.
• Excellent leadership, customer service, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects while staying organized and detail-oriented.
• Knowledge of construction practices, permitting processes, and local building codes.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
• PMP Certification is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to travel locally between project sites.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for customers throughout reconstruction.
• Evaluate sites, review scopes, and help secure projects.
• Create schedules and budgets to meet profitability goals.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff.
• Monitor progress for quality and code compliance.
• Manage change orders and project challenges.
• Perform walkthroughs, finish punch lists, ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and teams.
• Lead safety efforts and ensure regulatory standards.
