• Valid driving record as per company requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restoration project execution with focus on service delivery and efficiency.
• Develop scopes of work, estimates, and contracts for projects.
• Coordinate with the Regional Marketing Director and Operations Manager to drive growth.
• Ensure compliance with company protocols and financial reporting.
• Manage invoicing, change orders, and collections to maintain profitability.
• Resolve conflicts with customers and adjusters while pursuing new work.
