Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules for Project Managers, crews, and subcontractors.
• Schedule materials, deliveries, inspections, and job timelines.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and insurance companies.
• Assist Project Managers with daily operations and project organization.
• Track project progress and maintain accurate job documentation.
• Coordinate collections and customer follow-up.
• Answer incoming calls professionally and provide exceptional customer service.
• Prioritize multiple projects while keeping every detail organized.
• Solve scheduling conflicts and adapt quickly as priorities change.
