You will perform carpentry, framing, drywall, trim, and finish work, read blueprints, handle tools, and help keep jobsites safe and organized.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a skilled laborer or carpenter.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow directions.
• Familiarity with basic construction tools and materials.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in crawlspaces/heights.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a team.

Responsibilities

• Carpentry, framing, drywall, trim and finish work.
• Light to moderate demolition.
• Water, fire, smoke and mold restoration tasks.
• Use of hand tools, power tools and specialized equipment.
• Read blueprints, take direction and work independently.
• Support superintendents, project managers and fellow craftsmen.
• Maintain safe, clean and organized jobsites.
• Deliver professional, high‑quality work clients can trust.
