Job summary

SERVPRO of Central Delaware County is seeking a Restoration Project Coordinator to support clients through the restoration process, from initial estimates to project completion. You will coordinate daily job files, monitor client requirements, and liaise with teammates to ensure high-quality service.

The ideal candidate has strong phone and written communication, is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative or office-related experience.
• Experience writing estimates, job file processes, and quality assurance a plus.
• Experience in service industry environment a plus.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Successful at working in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Existing knowledge in Xactimate preferred.
• Minimum of HSD/GED preferred.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate initial field documentation.
• Daily job file coordination to include monitoring status, audit and work-in-progress.
• Prepare job file reports.
• Complete and review job file documentation for final upload and the audit process.

The Coordinator will work as a liaison for the client to identify project requirements and specifications. The Coordinator will administer and organize projects and support teammates.

Pay Rate

Competitive pay based on experience.
