Job summary

SERVPRO of Richland County is seeking a Production Manager to oversee restoration projects and lead production crews. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction, revenue and profit growth, and staff development across frontline operations.

The position emphasizes coordinating teams, managing project scopes, and ensuring safe, efficient service delivery in Columbia, SC. Experience in frontline management within restoration or similar industries is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer experience and overall customer satisfaction.
• Manage the client experience and overall client satisfaction.
• Provide priority response to potential customers.
• Develop scope of work for projects and review estimates.
• Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate.
• Schedule crews and resources to provide service on active projects.
• Coordinate and oversee the production of services with crews and subcontractors.
• Document and/or review job file to support the services provided.
• Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage production expenses.
• Manage equipment and materials (assets).
• Follow and oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.

The Role

The production manager oversees all aspects of assigned restoration projects and assigned production crews. The responsibilities are centered around customer satisfaction, revenue growth, profit growth, management development, and staff development. This front-line management position leads their team to operational excellence. SERVPRO of Richland County offers all the services of restoring a property back to its original condition.
