Insurcomm Restoration in Wilmington/Jacksonville, NC, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead restoration rebuilds from inspection to completion. Manage losses, write estimates, negotiate with adjusters, and deliver high-quality reconstruction for $1.5–$2M in annual project volume.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years as a Construction Project Manager in restoration or rebuilds.
• Proficiency in Xactimate and working knowledge of Symbility required.
• Experience with Docusketch documentation for insurance records.
• 3-5 years managing budgets and schedules for construction projects.
• 1-3 years managing TPA/program rebuild jobs and strong subcontractor networks.
• Proven negotiation skills with insurers and adjusters.
• Knowledge of building codes, licensing, and permitting.

Responsibilities

• Inspect losses and create accurate project scopes in Xactimate.
• Document projects using Docusketch for insurance records.
• Negotiate with insurance carriers and close sales.
• Manage projects from contract through completion with clear scope and timelines.
• Develop detailed schedules and coordinate production teams.
• Recruit, retain, and manage a reliable subcontractor network.
• Oversee material selections, permitting, and code compliance.
• Manage budgets to ensure project profitability.
• Complete change orders and project close-outs.
• Navigate TPA and program requirements and ensure compliance.
• Mentor and develop production staff.
