Job summary

CMC seeks a Restoration Division Supervisor to lead estimating, sales, scheduling and operations. You will guide a team of technicians, manage client relations, and collaborate with engineering to develop repair solutions.

The role emphasizes safety compliance, reporting, and ongoing process improvement while mentoring new sales and project staff. Strong leadership in restoration methods is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as a supervisor with customer relations experience.
• Minimum 5 years in construction management and/or sales focused on concrete repair/restoration.
• Strong communication, motivation, performance evaluation and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of contract law and standard business practices.
• Multi-state general contractor license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee Restoration Division including estimating, sales, scheduling, and operations.
• Lead and motivate technicians and specialists for timely project completion.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through effective communication and PM.
• Collaborate with engineering/design teams on repair solutions.
• Ensure safety compliance and CMC standards on all projects.
• Produce reports for management and improve division operations.
• Hire/train new sales, PMs, and field operators; act as Restoration SME.
• Create SAP Purchase Requests for project materials.
