Job summary

CRDN Team Crouch is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, scheduling, and service delivery for restoration projects. You will lead a diverse team, drive efficiency, and coordinate with billing and customer service to meet deadlines.

The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality control, safety, and customer satisfaction. In-person work at the assigned facility is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recent overall project management or operations management experience.
• PMP certification may substitute for educational requirements.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of employees to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Monitor and improve operational efficiency across all departments.
• Plan, oversee, and manage various projects within the operations department.
• Serve as the point of contact for customer inquiries regarding job status or billing.
• Assist with overseeing commercial billing processes and reporting of work in progress.
• Ensure that all work meets company standards for quality and safety.
