Qualifications

• Experience in restoration, construction, property loss, or related field is strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of the restoration process and property damage.
• Experience working with insurance-related losses is a major plus.
• Knowledge of estimating, scopes of work, and restoration documentation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with property owners after losses to assess needs and scope.
• Evaluate losses and help determine restoration work.
• Understand the restoration process from damage to completion.
• Communicate with homeowners, adjusters, agents and teams throughout the project.
• Coordinate transition from mitigation to reconstruction when needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with insurance professionals and referral partners.
• Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into projects.
• Collaborate with mitigation, reconstruction, and office teams.
• Maintain strong communication and deliver an excellent customer experience.
