Job summary

BMS CAT is a leader in water damage mitigation and restoration services. The role involves performing high quality water mitigation, water extraction, demolition, debris cleanup, and proper drying technique setup.

Candidates should have IICRC certification preferred, be able to lift 50 pounds regularly (up to 100 with assistance), climb ladders, and participate in our on‑call rotation. A valid driver’s license and good driving history are required.

Qualifications

• IICRC certification preferred but not required.
• Experience in water mitigation and restoration.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving history.

Responsibilities

• Perform water mitigation and restoration tasks per company guidelines.
• Extract water and remove debris from damaged areas.
• Set up drying equipment and monitor progress.
• Demonstrate proper containment and cleanup at job sites.
• Lead a work crew when required.
