Effective perform all water damage mitigation and restoration services, including:

• Perform high quality water mitigation services
• Water extraction
• Perform demolition tasks
• Clean up and debris removal of drywall, cabinetry, and flooring
• Place and monitor drying equipment
• Follow company guidelines for proper drying techniques
• Set up the van at the job site using proper procedures
• Setting up containment, decontaminating, setting up/monitoring remediation equipment
• Perform job cleanup and breakdown
• Lead a work crew

Requirements:

• IICRC certification preferred, not required
• Experience in water mitigation
• Lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, in tight spaces
• Participate in on-call rotation
• Valid driver’s license and good driving history
