Summary
The incumbent will work as part of an interdisciplinary health care team, providing guidance and expertise to team members, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with Clinical Contact Center (CCC) rules and regulations. They will ensure pharmacy technicians are trained and proficient at servicing Veterans from all VA Medical Centers within the VISN catchment area.
Major Duties
Work Schedule: 7 days a week rotating 6am to 9pm (PST), including nights, holidays, and weekends.
Remote: Fully remote position.
Qualifications
Applicants must have U.S. Citizenship, pass drug screening, background/security investigations, and meet other specified requirements. Certification through PTCB or EXCPT is required. Education or experience requirements vary; see detailed standards in the original description.
Experience in leadership/team lead roles (2+ years) is preferred. Certification must be active and from recognized agencies.
Physical Requirements: Sedentary work with possible prolonged standing/walking.
