Responsibilities:

• Perform high quality water mitigation services
• Water extraction
• Perform demolition tasks
• Cleanup and debris removal of drywall, cabinetry, and flooring that may be damaged
• Place and monitor drying equipment
• Follow company guidelines for proper drying techniques
• Set up the van at the job site using proper procedures
• Set up containment, decontaminating, and monitoring remediation equipment
• Perform job cleanup and breakdown
• Lead a work crew effectively

Requirements:

• IICRC certification preferred but not required
• Experience in water mitigation
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and in tight spaces
• Participate in on-call rotation
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record

Compensation:

Base pay ranges from $22 to $26 per hour. Company-paid medical insurance and additional benefits are available.
