Job summary

PuroClean of Vineland is seeking a dependable Lead Technician to explain the restoration process, assess work scope, and supervise a team to ensure high-quality service.

The role requires IICRC WRT certification and at least 2 years of field experience, with FSRT/ASD/AMRT as desirable qualifications. OSHA safety procedures and emergency response readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of field restoration experience.
• IICRC WRT Certification is required, with FSRT/ASD/AMRT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Perform water, mold and fire remediation procedures.
• Supervise and mentor team members for quality service.
• Complete paperwork accurately and on time while delivering customer service.
• Maintain equipment and vehicles in safe, clean condition.
• Be available for emergency response work 24/7 as needed.

Job Overview

PuroClean of Vineland is seeking a dependable and responsible Lead Technician. This role works directly with customers to explain the restoration process for water, mold and fire mitigation, assess the scope of work, supervises, develops, and mentors team members to ensure high-quality service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Candidates should meet one of the following experience and certification requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of field experience, and
• IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) Certification required, and one of the following:
  • IICRC Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT), or
  • IICRC Applied Structural Drying (ASD) or
  • IICRC Mold Remediation (AMRT)

The more acrtive certifications held, the higher the pay rate.

Essential Job Functions

• Following all OSHA regulations and company safety procedures and standards
• Understanding and adhering to restoration procedures, including:
  • Water damage restoration procedures
  • Mold remediation equipment and procedures
  • Fire and smoke cleaning tools and procedures
  • Carpet cleaning equipment and procedures
• Demonstrating a positive, team-oriented, can-do attitude at all times
• Completing all necessary paperwork accurately and on time while delivering excellent customer service
• Maintaining all equipment and vehicles in a clean, safe, and serviceable condition
• Remaining available for emergency response work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, as needed

Physical Requirements

Candidates must be able to:

• Possess a valid driver's license and safely operate company vehicles
• Lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
• Work for extended periods in both large and confined spaces
• Wear appropriate respirator equipment for extended periods
• Pass a respirator fit test and medical evaluation
