Job summary

Restoration 1 of Frisco is seeking a Restoration Technician to respond to customer needs for Water, Mold and Fire Restoration jobs in the Frisco area. You will perform drying, demolition, and other restoration activities to ensure high-quality results for clients.

You are IICRC certified with meaningful experience, highly values-driven, and dedicated to the quality of your work and its impact on customers and your team.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning/restoration, particularly for water, mold and fire projects.
• Experience serving commercial properties.
• Ability to follow work orders and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform production/restoration process per work order and operations instructions
• Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle along with clean equipment
• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities
• Leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance
• Communicate openly with crew chief and other technicians

We are looking for a Restoration Technician to join our team! You will be making an impact each day by responding to customer needs for Water, Mold and Fire Restoration jobs. This includes the completion of drying, demolition, and other restoration activities.

You are IICRC certified with meaningful previous experience in cleaning/restoration. You hold yourself to a high standard and care deeply about the quality of your work and its impact on customers and your team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle along with clean equipment

Qualifications

• IICRC certification (Willing to train)
• Experience in cleaning/restoration
• Experience serving commercial properties
• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma/GED

Physical Requirements :

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
• Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
• Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
