Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking a Restoration Foreman to lead crews on our telecom construction projects. You will oversee equipment, materials, and safety to ensure on-schedule completion and productive work sites. A valid driver’s license and prior foreman experience are preferred.

The role offers weekly pay, PTO, parental leave, holidays, and 401(k) with company match, plus education reimbursement and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment.
• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed.
• Oversee and help with training of crew members.
• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Maintain production notes & DOT paperwork.
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery, complete maintenance.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• All other duties as assigned.

What You'll Do

What You'll Need

• To be 18 years of age or older


• Authorization to work in the United States for this company


• A valid driver's license


• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred


• At least three years of related experience


• Previous Foreman experience preferred

Physical Abilities & Exposures

• Routinely: work alone in remote locations with arms above shoulder level, work at heights & in confined spaces, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, lift greater than 55 pounds


• Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard and mouse

The wage range for Restoration Foreman TelCom Construction is $30.00 - $40.00.
