Job summary

Compleat Restorations is seeking an Estimator to deliver accurate estimates for residential and commercial losses using Xactimate and related software. You will evaluate damage from water, fire, mold, and other events, develop detailed scopes of work, and support project lifecycles from initial assessment to completion.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of residential construction experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years residential construction experience, including supervisory exposure.
• Proven experience estimating residential property damage.
• Advanced proficiency with Xactimate and estimating software.
• Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain detailed documentation and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site inspections for residential and commercial restoration projects.
• Prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate and related tools.
• Develop clear scopes of work in line with industry standards and guidelines.
• Collaborate with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and internal teams for alignment on scope and pricing.
• Support on-call rotating duties for emergency loss situations.
