Job summary

SERVPRO of Minnetonka/Team Clemente is seeking a Restoration Crew Lead to coordinate, monitor, and perform work on water and restoration projects, ensuring quality and a positive customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have several years in restoration/construction, IICRC certification, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lead technicians while upholding OSHA guidelines. Salary is $25–$30 per hour with bonuses.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in restoration and construction.
• Valid driver’s license.
• IICRC certification and ability to lift 50 pounds regularly, up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and in tight spaces.
• Ability to work around cleaning agents.
• Coordinate and supervise restoration crews to ensure quality and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor production on restoration projects.
• Supervise restoration technicians and communicate expectations.
• Maintain detailed job files and document progress.
• Manage customer experience and overall satisfaction, including online reviews.
• Communicate with project manager and office staff on progress and issues.
• Enforce OSHA safety guidelines and protect equipment and materials.
