Job summary

SERVPRO of Racine County is seeking a Restoration Crew Lead to guide projects in water, fire, mold, and storm damage restoration. You will lead technicians on residential and commercial sites, assess on-site work, communicate with customers, assign tasks, and ensure safety and SERVPRO standards.

This full-time role requires leadership, strong organization, and reliable attendance. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with rotating on-call duties; compensation ranges from $18 to $21 per

Qualifications

• Previous restoration, construction, mitigation, or leadership experience preferred.
• Experience leading or supervising employees preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead restoration technicians on residential and commercial restoration projects.
• Perform water mitigation, fire and smoke cleanup, mold remediation, biohazard cleanup, and storm damage restoration services.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding project progress and expectations.
• Set up and monitor drying equipment including air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, and specialty equipment.
• Perform demolition and mitigation activities as needed.
• Complete moisture readings, documentation, and daily job notes.
• Take required job photos and maintain accurate project records.
• Ensure job sites remain clean, safe, and professional.
• Train and mentor restoration technicians.
• Assist Project Managers with project coordination and communication.
• Follow all SERVPRO production guidelines and safety procedures.
• Participate in the rotating on-call schedule and respond to emergency losses as needed.
