Qualifications

• Previous restoration, construction, or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Lead restoration technicians on residential and commercial projects.
• Perform water mitigation and fire cleanup.
• Train and mentor restoration technicians.
• Set up and monitor drying equipment.
