Job summary

Cotton Company is seeking a Restoration Supervisor in Waco, TX, to lead a crew on event-driven projects involving demolition, restoration, and construction. Expected travel is required, with a focus on safety, quality, and timely completion of assignments.

The role requires leadership experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends; prior disaster-relief exposure is a plus. Compensation is $18.00 per hour for a full-time position.

Qualifications

• Team Lead or Crew Lead experience
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English
• Commercial cleaning a plus
• Warehouse, Construction and/or General Labor experience
• Minimum 1 year working experience
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings and holidays
• Ability to travel for an extended amount of time is REQUIRED

Responsibilities

• Conduct basic cleaning steps for fire, water and mold (wash, pack, inventory control, debris removal, wrap goods, load/unload)
• Meet deadlines by maintaining/exceeding productivity
• Assist PM or APM in training agency general labor on projects
• Lead a crew by explaining tasks and working alongside them
• Communicate effectively with all employees to promote a positive environment
• Abide by all safety and company policies
• Report to work on time when scheduled
