Cotton Holdings Inc. is seeking a Field Crew Lead to support event-driven restoration and construction projects in Nashville.

You will lead general labor crews, ensure quality work, meet deadlines, and coordinate with project management to maintain progress and safety on site. Successful candidates will have a background in demolition, restoration, or construction, with preferred disaster relief experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Team lead or crew lead experience required.
• Minimum 1 year working experience.
• Ability to travel for an extended amount of time is required.
• Must read, write and communicate in English.

Responsabilités

• Conduct basic cleaning steps for fire, water and mold; wipe down, pack, inventory control, remove debris, wrap goods, load/unload vehicle.
• Meet deadlines by maintaining/exceeding productivity.
• Assist PM or APM in training agency general labor on projects.
• Lead a crew by explaining tasks and working alongside them.
