Job summary

Cotton is seeking a Restoration Supervisor in Dallas, TX to lead a crew on demolition, restoration and construction projects. This temporary role requires hands-on leadership, strong safety discipline, and the ability to travel for extended periods as needed.

You will report to Project Management, meet deadlines, train agency general labor, and ensure quality work on site while maintaining a collaborative, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year working experience in Team Lead or Crew Lead roles.
• Experience in Restoration, Construction and/or General Labor.
• Ability to travel for an extended amount of time is REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew by explaining job tasks and working alongside crew members.
• Meet deadlines by maintaining or exceeding productivity.
• Assist PM or APM in training agency general labor on projects.
• Abide by safety and company policies and report to work on time.
