Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• IICRC certification is a plus, not required.
• High school diploma/GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction as reflected in online reviews.
• Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities.
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided.
• Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects.
• Communicate with the project manager and office staff on progress and issues.
