Job summary

SERVPRO of South Palm Beach is seeking a Restoration Crew Chief to lead restoration projects in the field and supervise Restoration Technicians on a day-to-day basis.

You will coordinate现场 activities, ensure safety and quality per SERVPRO® standards, and communicate clearly with customers throughout the project lifecycle. This role offers growth opportunities within a growing franchise network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in restoration, cleaning, construction, or related field.
• Previous experience leading a crew or running restoration jobs preferred
• IICRC certification is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to lead others and take ownership of assigned projects

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform water, fire, mold, and other restoration services
• Coordinate daily job-site activities and supervise Restoration Technicians
• Ensure work is completed efficiently and meets SERVPRO quality standards
• Provide customers with clear, professional communication throughout the project
• Maintain accurate job documentation, including photos, notes, equipment, and work performed
• Manage labor, equipment, materials, and consumables on assigned projects
• Communicate job progress, changes, and issues with Project Managers and office staff
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site
• Protect and properly maintain company vehicles, equipment, and other assets
• Train, coach, and develop Restoration Technicians
• Follow all SERVPRO procedures and OSHA safety requirements
