The Position:

We are seeking a Restoration Crew Chief for residential and commercial fire and water clean-up and restoration. Responsibilities include specialty mitigation services, light demolition, water extraction, cleaning, mold abatement, vandalism clean-up, fire and smoke damage mitigation, content move-outs and pack-ins, and content cleaning. This role also involves supervising and directing Restoration Technicians assigned to projects.

The starting pay range is $21 - $23 per hour, negotiable based on experience.

Requirements:

• Restoration or carpet and upholstery cleaning experience
• Previous experience as a Crew Chief in fire and flood restoration is highly desired
• Good communication skills
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel out of town
• Ability to lift/move 50+ lbs
• Pass background check and drug screening
• Water Restoration Tech Certification (WRT) from IICRC

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely, quality completion of restoration projects
• Supervise and evaluate Restoration Techs and Laborers
• Promote ongoing training and skill development
• Maintain productivity and quality standards
• Complete all project documentation accurately
• Maintain excellent customer relations
• Perform other duties as required, including functions outside normal scope
