Job summary

Arrow Service Team in North Dakota is seeking a motivated Contents Moving Technician to join our Restoration Team. If you enjoy physical, hands-on work and take pride in handling customers' belongings with care, this is a rewarding role where no two days are the same.

You will pack, move, transport, clean, and return personal property while supporting families and businesses after disasters. Training is provided and benefits accompany your career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in moving, furniture delivery, warehouse operations, restoration, logistics, or professional cleaning.
• Able to perform physical work, including lifting and carrying.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Safely pack, wrap, load, unload, and transport customers' belongings during restoration projects.
• Move furniture, household goods, office equipment, and other contents between homes, businesses, storage facilities, and our cleaning facility.
• Operate company vans and box trucks to transport contents to and from job sites.
• Use proper lifting techniques and moving equipment to safely handle items of varying sizes and weights.
• Inventory, label, and organize customer belongings to ensure accurate tracking throughout the restoration process.
• Clean and restore personal belongings affected by fire, water, smoke, mold, and other disasters.
• Perform post-construction, structural, and specialty cleaning services.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while providing outstanding customer service.
