Job summary

Rainbow Restoration in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Restoration Contents Mover/Packer who is reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated by hard work. This role focuses on packing, moving, and inventorying contents from properties affected by disasters, with emphasis on care and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Carefully pack, move, and inventory contents from residential and commercial properties affected by disasters.
• Ensure items are protected and handled with care, especially sentimental or high-value items.
• Assist in cleaning and restoring furniture/contents and job sites according to company standards and safety protocols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, showing empathy during stressful times.
• Maintain clean, organized vehicles and storage areas.
• Support crew leads and project managers with on-site tasks and documentation.
