Job summary

Dayspring Restoration LLC is seeking a Contents Restoration Technician for our Great Falls, MT team. The role focuses on packing out personal property, performing detailed inventories with smart devices, and restoring contents and structures after disasters.

The technician will lift and move items, load/unload trucks, and perform cleaning and deodorization daily while following safety protocols. Travel across Montana and on-call rotation are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in moving, storage, or restoration is preferred.
• Packing, inventory management, or customer service experience is an asset.
• Experience in disaster recovery, construction, or warehouse settings is beneficial.
• Ability to work in a team or independently.
• Basic computer/tablet skills required.
• Certifications or training in logistics, restoration, or moving services is a plus.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license and MVR check.
• Willingness to travel across Montana; some overnight stays may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Use handheld devices to complete inventories of contents with accuracy.
• Pack backs and resets, including lifting and moving boxes.
• Load/unload contents onto trucks and organize belongings.
• Provide cleaning services for structure and contents after disasters.
• Perform post-construction cleaning to prepare spaces for occupancy.
• Clean smoke residue using professional methods.
• Maintain a safe, clean job site and follow PPE guidelines.
• Work in teams or alone to complete tasks.
• Use computer software for inventory management and communication.
• Participate in monthly on-call rotation for emergencies.
• Travel to other company locations and sites within Montana; travel expenses covered.
• Weekly shop and office cleaning to maintain organization.
• Follow all work orders and policies.
