Job summary

Arrow Service Team in Dickinson, ND is seeking a dependable Mitigation Technician to assist with water, fire, and storm damage restoration. No restoration experience is required initially as training is provided to the right candidate.

You will perform water extraction, remove damaged materials, set up drying equipment, and document damage with photos and moisture readings, while safeguarding customer belongings on active jobs.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration/mitigation, carpentry, or carpet cleaning is a plus but not required.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Respond to water, fire, and storm damage restoration projects.
• Perform water extraction and remove damaged building materials.
• Set up drying, dehumidification, and specialty equipment.
• Document damage with photos and moisture readings.
• Move and protect customer belongings.
• Clean, maintain, and monitor restoration equipment.
• Work alongside an experienced team to restore properties safely and efficiently.
