Job summary

Rainbow Restoration is seeking a reliable Restoration Contents Mover/Packer in Charlotte, NC. You will safely pack and move contents from disaster-affected homes and businesses, inventory items, and assist in cleaning and restoration work.

A valid license and the ability to lift 50+ lbs are required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. You will work with a team to deliver compassionate, careful customer service, maintain organized job sites, and support leads with on-site tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically fit, able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Occasional after-hours or weekend work during emergencies may be required.

Responsibilities

• Pack, move, and inventory contents from fire, water, mold, or other disasters.
• Protect items and handle with care, especially sentimental or high-value pieces.
• Assist in cleaning and restoring furniture and job sites per safety standards.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers during stressful times.
• Keep vehicles and storage areas clean and organized.
• Support crew leads and project managers with on-site tasks and documentation.
