Responsibilities include cleaning and deodorizing items damaged by smoke, sewage, or water, handling valuables carefully, and ensuring accurate records while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning and content packing.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly, up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to work around cleaning agents.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Pay rate based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Pack customer contents, including inventory, packaging, wrapping, and boxing.
• Move contents from customers' homes following company standards.
• Evaluate salvageability of items to maximize recovery.
• Clean, disinfect, and deodorize items damaged by smoke, sewage, mold, or water.
• Handle valuable personal items with care and sensitivity.
• Provide courteous customer service and maintain professionalism.
• Keep a clean, organized workspace and follow safety rules.
• Inventory and organize items with accurate records.
