Job description

The Contents Manager has an advanced understanding of restoration techniques used in cleaning methods utilized in content restoration and organizational effectiveness of warehouse storage and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Writing estimates per carrier guidelines for pack-outs, content cleaning, pack backs, and laundry restoration.
• Communicate and oversee the needs and expectations for each project to the staff.
• Ensure content is appropriately and effectively listed, photographed, packed, cleaned, stored, and returned throughout the restoration process as required.
• Maintain inventory of clean, properly stocked, and organized trucks along with all company equipment.
• Meet clients and adjusters on-site to assist in issue resolution and provide a professional opinion.
• Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in content restoration.
• 2+ years' leadership experience.
• IICRC Training & Designations highly preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• High level of customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
