SERVPRO Team Landers in Eugene / Springfield is seeking an Area Content Manager to lead our Contents & Textiles restoration division. You’ll oversee pack-outs, scheduling, and costs, while coordinating with customers and insurers to align scope and drive profitability.

This leadership role emphasizes operational excellence, team development, and strong customer service as you manage field crews and ensure quality results for homes and businesses affected by disaster.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; restoration-related certifications are a plus.
• 4-6 years of experience in content restoration or textiles restoration.
• Strong leadership and team management in a field-based setting.
• Experience with scheduling, logistics, and coordination.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with solid documentation abilities.
• Proficient with inventory tracking and estimating platforms.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment, restoration techniques, and best practices.

• Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and logistics, to maintain profitability.
• Supervise teams during on-site inventories and documentation for insurance and tracking purposes.
• Determine appropriate cleaning and restoration methods based on material and damage type.
• Support growth and scalability of the content operation by refining systems and mentoring team members.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Area Content Manager (ACM) to lead our Content Pack Out, Cleaning, and Textile Cleaning division. In this leadership role, you will oversee the cleaning and restoration of clients' personal belongings, textiles, and valuables impacted by fire, water, smoke, or mold damage.

You will be responsible for managing pack-out teams, overseeing project scheduling, working directly with our Customer Communication Manager to align scope with customers and insurance carriers, and controlling costs to ensure project profitability. This is a key leadership position focused on operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage content and textile restoration technicians, including pack-out teams, ensuring all jobs are executed with precision, safety, and care.
• Coordinate and manage scheduling of all content-related projects across the Portland territory.
• Collaborate closely with the Customer Communication Manager to align scope, expectations, and documentation with both customers and insurance adjusters.
• Oversee pack-outs, move-backs, and storage logistics to ensure secure handling and timely service.
• Maintain strong communication with insurance adjusters and stakeholders to win and retain projects.
• Ensure accurate estimating, billing, and collections for all content projects within the territory.
