SERVPRO Team Wall is seeking a skilled Construction Services Lead to join our team. You will manage a range of tasks from rough and finish carpentry to drywall, painting, flooring, and basic mechanical work on small projects for clients, while maintaining high-quality results and service.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in carpentry, strong problem solving, and the ability to work independently or with a team. Valid driver’s license and background check are required; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years carpentry experience (restoration/reconstruction preferred).
• Strong construction skills.
• Painting, flooring, installing cabinets, roofing, plumbing, electrical, or HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Drywall hanging, patching/finishing and plaster repair.
• Interior and exterior painting.
• Finish carpentry (doors, baseboard/crown molding, casing).
• Flooring installation: tile, carpet, laminate, LVP/LVT, vinyl.
• Window removal and installation.
• Basic MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
• Site clean-up and professional jobsites in occupied spaces.
• Assist with project coordination, quality control, and subcontractor management.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure codes and standards are met.

We’re looking for a skilled and hands‑on Construction Services Lead to join our growing team! In this role, you'll perform a variety of construction tasks on small projects—rough and finish carpentry, drywall, paint, prefinished hardwood, and laminate flooring. Additional valuable skillsets would include tile, carpet, roofing, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. You'll be responsible for delivering high‑quality results and excellent service to our clients.

Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

What You'll Do:

• Drywall hanging & patching/finishing and plaster repair
• Interior and exterior painting
• Finish carpentry (Doors, baseboard/crown molding, casing etc)
• Installation of flooring: tile, carpet, laminate, LVP/LVT, vinyl
• Window removal and installation
• Basic service‑level MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
• Selective demolition required to complete reconstruction
• Maintain clean, professional jobsites in occupied homes and businesses
• Support project coordination, quality control, and subcontractor management
• Conduct site inspections and ensure work meets all codes and standards
• Assist with project scheduling, punch lists, and material logistics
• Occasionally support larger projects with oversight and coordination

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years carpentry experience (restoration/reconstruction preferred)
• Strong construction skills
• Painting, flooring, installing cabinets, roofing, plumbing, electrical, or HVAC
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Great communication and organizational skills
• Strong problem solving and customer service skillset
• Works well independently and within a team environment
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass background and drug screening

Added Bonus:

• Insurance restoration/rebuild background
• Familiarity with scopes, sketches, or Xactimate‑style estimates
• Experience in occupied residential and commercial settings
• Spanish/English bilingual is a plus

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:

This position involves performing physical activities and may require considerable use of whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of equipment. Position requires the ability to lift up to 75 lbs frequently.
