Job summary

SERVPRO of Marshall, Starke, Pulaski & Fulton Counties in Plymouth, IN is seeking motivated Restoration Technicians to join our team. Help home and business owners recover after fire, water, and storm damage and be part of a meaningful local mission.

You will perform cleanup, operate restoration equipment, and support basic construction tasks, with on‑the‑job training, competitive pay, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver''s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work.
• Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and various weather conditions.
• IICRC certification is a bonus; training provided.
• Prior restoration/construction/cleaning experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cleanup and restoration of residential and commercial properties
• Set up, monitor, and operate restoration equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, etc.)
• Remove debris, damaged materials, and perform demolition as needed
• Perform basic construction tasks (drywall, flooring, painting, etc.)
• Maintain cleanliness of job sites and warehouse
• Communicate with team leaders and customers in a respectful, professional manner
• Document daily job activity using mobile app (training provided)
