Job summary

SERVPRO of Marshall, Starke, Pulaski & Fulton Counties in Plymouth, IN is seeking motivated Restoration Technicians to join our growing team. Help home and business owners recover after fire, water, and storm damage while contributing to a local community-focused effort.

As a Restoration Technician, you will assist in cleanup, operate restoration equipment, perform light construction tasks, and document daily activities using a mobile app.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (Required).
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and various weather conditions.
• Prior restoration, construction, or cleaning experience a plus (but not required).
• IICRC Certification is a bonus — we provide training and growth opportunities!

Responsibilities

• Assist in cleanup and restoration of residential and commercial properties.
• Set up, monitor, and operate restoration equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, etc.).
• Remove debris, damaged materials, and perform demolition as needed.
• Perform basic construction tasks (drywall, flooring, painting, etc.).
• Maintain cleanliness of job sites and warehouse.
• Communicate with team leaders and customers in a respectful, professional manner.
• Document daily job activity using mobile app (training provided)

Skills
