The ideal candidate should have over 3 years of project management experience and the ability to handle multiple projects at once.

This role includes managing schedules, budgets, and quality to ensure high customer satisfaction. The position also involves coordinating subcontractors and maintaining project documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in construction or restoration.
• Ability to manage 10 to 30 projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with insurance carriers, TPAs, and adjusters.

• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, vendors, and internal teams.
