Job summary

ERCS is seeking a Project Manager to oversee residential restoration projects across King and Pierce County. You will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate crews, and ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in residential construction or restoration, proficiency with Xactimate for estimates, and a valid driver’s license with daily site travel. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in residential construction or restoration.
• Proficiency with Xactimate for estimating.
• Experience in fire, water, or mold restoration is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel daily to job sites.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills (email, reporting, scheduling tools).

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations on residential job sites
• Coordinate labor, materials, and subcontractors
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Conduct site inspections and ensure safety compliance
• Communicate effectively with homeowners and team members
• Maintain project documentation and manage permits as needed
• Prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate and ensure proper scoping of work
• Collaborate with insurance adjusters and ensure all estimates align with project goals and compliance standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential construction or restoration
• Proficiency with Xactimate and experience writing restoration estimates
• Experience in fire, water, or mold restoration is required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel daily to job sites
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Basic computer skills (email, reporting, scheduling tools)

Preferred:

• Certifications such as IICRC, OSHA, PMP, etc.
• Bilingual a plus

Compensation:

• $75,000 per year
• Full-time position
