BMS CAT is a trusted leader in disaster restoration. This Construction Project Manager role oversees residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of hands-on experience in insurance reconstruction, remodel, or new construction as a Project Manager, Superintendent, or Supervisor.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in various phases of construction.
• Solid understanding of residential building systems (framing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Proven ability to build and manage schedules, buyout and coordinate trades, and perform jobsite quality control and punch-out.
• Experience managing job-level financials including budgeted and actual expenses, gross margin targets, and change order control.
• Ability to conduct site walks, climb ladders, and work in active construction environments.
• Strong organizational skills; team-oriented mindset; client-facing communication skills.
• Experience working with time and materials; Xactimate estimating preferred; Contractor’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact daily with subcontractors, in-house skilled tradespeople, property managers, and insurance professionals.
