Job summary

BMS CAT is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial reconstruction projects in Anaheim, CA. You will manage from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high quality, while coordinating with subcontractors, property managers, and insurance professionals.

This role involves site visits, schedule and cost management, and collaboration with a team that handles multi-million-dollar projects with a strong service focus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' hands-on experience managing insurance reconstruction, remodel, or new construction as a Project Manager, Superintendent, or Supervisor.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in various phases of construction.
• Solid understanding of residential buildings systems (framing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical), and finish trade sequencing.
• Proven ability to build and manage schedules, buyout and coordinate trades, and perform jobsite quality control and punch-out.
• Experience managing job-level financials including budgeted and actual expenses, gross margin targets, and change order control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee both residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, in-house trades, property managers, and insurance professionals.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and change orders to protect profitability.
• Perform site walks, enforce safety protocols, and ensure work meets specifications.
