Job summary

Midwest Remediation in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an experienced Residential Construction Project Manager to lead insurance-based reconstruction projects from estimates to completion. This full-time role requires strong management, budgeting, and field oversight of trades.

You will manage schedules, client communications, and project documentation using CRM and Xactimate, with a compensation package including a company vehicle, gas card, and a performance incentive up to 2% of revenue.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in construction, carpentry, drywall, or related PM roles.
• Experience in restoration/remediation and insurance projects.
• Ability to manage $2M+ annual project portfolio.
• Strong supervisory skills for crews and subcontractors.
• Proficiency with CRM and project management tools (Xactimate).
• Ability to prepare budgets, estimates and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Review estimates, verify budgets, and align schedules with plans.
• Oversee subcontractors across major trades and control costs.
• Guide daily tasks and maintain project files and reports.
• Communicate with stakeholders, ensure insurance standards met.
